SHOP POLICY*:
Valenzawood wants you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase you make from our Etsy Shop. Contact us if you have any problems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 15 days of the item arriving. If there is any defect in your item that wasn't there when we sent it out, we will promptly make a new replacement, upon getting the original back. In order to grow as a company, we may ask what was wrong with the product, so we know how to better serve you and all of our valued customers in the future.
When you shop at Valenzawood, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. In the event you do need to exchange an item you purchased from us, we want to make it as easy as possible. You will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) which must appear on the outside of your return carton.
*RETURN POLICY*:
Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.
Items being exchanged for an identical item, must be in re-saleable condition, packed in the original box with a copy of your invoice. A full exchange will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our inspection of the product.
