The Bolt Action Pen has a slightly heavier weight, with a shorter body style. It is smoothly retracted by a bolt action-lever, and has a stylus cap for your touch screen electronics. It is well balanced and will sit in your hands nicely. All acrylic pens are turned to perfection on a Delta Lathe using a High Speed Steel chisel and a scraper. They are then sanded down to 800 grit and polished to 15000 grit, and finally finished with One Step Polish. All wood pens are turned to perfection on a Delta Lathe using a High speed steel chisel and a scraper. They are then sanded down to 1500 grit, and finished with Aussie Oil which is a friction oil that adds a protective layer on the outside while adding color depth to the grain and allowing the texture of the grain to still be felt.

Contact us if you have any problems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 15 days of the item arriving. If there is any defect in your item that wasn't there when we sent it out, we will promptly make a new replacement, upon getting the original back. In order to grow as a company, we may ask what was wrong with the product, so we know how to better serve you and all of our valued customers in the future.

You will be issued a return authorization number (RMA) which must appear on the outside of your return carton.
*RETURN POLICY*:
Items being returned for a refund must be packed in the original box.
Include a copy of your invoice.
Clearly state the reason for your return in writing.
Items being exchanged for an identical item, must be in re-saleable condition, packed in the original box with a copy of your invoice. A full exchange will be remitted within 30 days of our receipt, subject to our inspection of the product.

This pen uses a Cross style ink refill should the pen run out of ink. All refills can be found on Amazon or any common office supplier. If you need help finding a vendor for refills, please feel free to reach out to us, or email us at nick@valenzawood.com
